Daniel Abrams, President
Dan Abrams is the president and founder of Abrams California Health Insurance since 1979. His vision for this company remains: help individuals, families, and small businesses find comprehensive and affordable health coverage. Surrounded by a talented staff that handles day-to-day operations, Dan today focuses on developing and nurturing relationships not only with the clientele, but also with the insurance carriers to guarantee unbeatable customer service.
Dan, the father of Matt and Justin, and husband to Candy, devotes much of his time and interest to his charities. Sports hobbies include road biking, yoga, and transcendental meditation.
Sandra Karpel
Sandra Karpel, a native of New York, Sandra attended the State University of New York and traveled extensively before ending up at Abrams California Health Insurance in 2001.
Her training in preventative and natural healing provides an excellent background for helping clients navigate world of insurance and utilizing plans to provide for alternative health care. She also works to help clients seek treatment for conditions to avoid chronic conditions and expensive treatments.Sandra and her boyfriend enjoy spending time at the beach, enjoying the beautiful wineries of California, and traveling.
Carol Roane
Carol joins us by means of Chicago, Illinois and Houston, Texas. She joined the team in 2000 to help build a strong administrative support system for Abrams California Health Insurance. She obtained her broker license shortly thereafter, and has since been assisting clients with their health insurance needs. Her expertise in the field of Small Business health plans and underwriting requirements make certain that setting up a new plan is a breeze! Her hobbies include cooking and reading.
Susan Nunez
Susan is our newest team member, joining us in May of 2008. She hit the ground running, and promptly took over the task of underwriting processes and membership issues, and created an efficient system for getting results. She loves the daily challenges of providing excellent customer service. A California native, Susan spends free time with her two daughters at the beach, Disneyland and traveling.
